There is a reason we are one of WA’s leading not-for-profit aged care providers since 1961!Description:About the Role: As the Head of Residential Care, you will provide strategic leadership and be accountable for the operational performance, regulatory compliance and overall quality of our residential aged care services. Through your transformational leadership style, you will inspire your teams to deliver service excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the resident experiences safe, respectful, and person-centred care.Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, you will:Provide strategic and operational leadership ensuring the consistent delivery of safe, person-centred care across our residential aged care services.Foster a positive and values-driven culture, promoting employee engagement, accountability and continuous improvement.Develop and implement service delivery plans that uphold resident dignity, autonomy and wellbeing.Oversee the residential admissions process and drive strategies to optimise occupancy.Provide executive oversight of the AN-ACC function to support funding and clinical excellence. What matters most is your passion, integrity and ability to lead change with courage and purpose.
