The group’s philosophy blends authenticity, artistry, and conscious living — creating unique experiences that reflect Indonesia’s heritage and natural beauty.They are now seeking an experienced Group F&B Manager to oversee and elevate the performance of their multi-property Food & Beverage operations across Seminyak, Umalas, and Ubud.Job Summary: The Group F&B Manager will lead and coordinate all Food & Beverage operations across the group’s three restaurants, ensuring exceptional quality, cost control, and team synergy. The role combines hands-on leadership in the field with operational management from the head office in Canggu.You will work closely with Head Chefs, Restaurant Managers, and Beverage Supervisors to ensure all outlets deliver consistent standards aligned with the group’s vision and hospitality philosophy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about culinary excellence, service quality, and sustainable operations.This is a full-time position based in Bali (multi-property), reporting directly to the Group CEO and Managing Board.Responsibilities:Lead and oversee F&B operations across multiple outlets (Seminyak, Umalas, Ubud).Supervise and support Head Chefs, Restaurant Managers, and Beverage Supervisors.Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service.Manage food and beverage cost control, purchasing, and supplier performance.Develop menus, seasonal offerings, and cross-property promotions.Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure consistent brand experience.Coordinate with Marketing for events, campaigns, and guest engagement initiatives.Train, coach, and evaluate F&B staff to strengthen service and teamwork.Prepare reports, budgets, and performance reviews for management.Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.Promote the brand’s sustainability and ethical values across all outlets.Travel regularly between properties to monitor operations and support teams.Requirements:Minimum 5 years’ experience in F&B management, preferably in multi-property or boutique hospitality settings.Strong background in both culinary and service operations.Proven track record in cost control, budgeting, and team leadership.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken & written).Must have personal transportation and willingness to travel regularly between sites.Passionate about sustainable, ethical, and culture-driven hospitality.For this position, the client’s budget is between IDR 20.000.000 – 25.000.000 /month
