Do you enjoy designing, developing, and testing new recipes ?What you will do :Proficient in both modern and classical culinary techniques (Western, Asian, and Indonesian cuisines).Creative, innovative, and sensitive to F&B trends, with strong skills in menu presentation and plating.Skilled in food costing, portion control, and food safety standards.Strong problem-solving abilities and detail-oriented mindset.Able to collaborate effectively across departments (Operations, Central Kitchen, Marketing, Training, and Supply Chain).Adaptive to feedback and quick in iterating recipes.What you need :Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Culinary Arts, Food Technology, or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in food R&D, preferably in a restaurant or coffee shop settingStrong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards
