Hotel Tibet is a renowned hotel that takes pride in offering authentic Tibetan hospitality with the 55 keys, 3 food and beverage outlets, 2 corporate meeting hall and a Spa. We are looking for a dedicated, passionate hospitality professional to join our team as a Food and Beverage Supervisor. ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, and banquet services ensuring excellent guest experience. Maintain quality standard and support team in achieving departmental goals. Support in planning and executing events, promotions, and special functions.Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.Train, motivate, and guide service staff to deliver high-quality service.Ensure compliance with hotel policies, service standards, and health & safety regulations.Ensure prompt, efficient, and courteous service to all guests.Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly.Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all F&B areas.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.Minimum 2–3 years of experience in food & beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.Strong leadership and communication skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Good knowledge of food and beverage operations and standards.How to ApplyInterested candidate can apply via LinkedIn or may send their CV directly to hr@hotel-tibet.com.
