The successful candidate will oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing daily operations across multiple outlets, leading and developing the F&B team, maintaining budgetary discipline and cost control, and collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in driving quality and operational excellence, and be proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented in their leadership approach.QualificationsProven experience in a 5-star resort, ideally within the Mediterranean region (mandatory)Demonstrated success in driving quality standards and operational performance across multiple outletsExtensive experience in Food & Beverage operations, including planning, execution, and service excellenceStrong leadership and training skills, with a passion for developing high-performing teamsExcellent guest service orientation and a commitment to delivering memorable dining experiencesSolid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial managementHighly proactive and self-driven, with a hands-on management style and strong ownership mentalityExceptional organizational and problem-solving skillsPrior experience in a luxury hospitality environment is a strong advantageDegree or certification in hospitality management or a related field preferred
