The Formulation Unit Head will oversee and manage the formulation of pharmaceutical products, including design, development, and optimization of formulations. This role includes supervising a team, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, troubleshooting formulation challenges, and coordinating with other departments such as production and quality control. The Formulation Unit Head will also stay current with industry trends to ensure innovative approaches in product development. Qualifications Expertise in Pharmaceutical Formulation Development and OptimizationUnderstanding of Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance in pharmaceutical manufacturingLeadership and Team Management skillsStrong Analytical and Problem-Solving skillsKnowledge of the latest Pharmaceutical Industry TrendsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenProven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fieldExperience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry (preferred)
