Role Description This full-time, on-site role is located in Cairo. The OD Section Head will lead organizational development initiatives, including strategic planning, performance enhancement, and change management. Responsibilities include developing and implementing OD strategies, designing training programs, analyzing organizational effectiveness, and driving employee engagement efforts. The OD Section Head will collaborate closely with various departments to align organizational goals with business strategies and ensure the continuous development of talent and processes. Qualifications Proficiency in Organizational Development, Change Management, and Strategy ImplementationStrong skills in Training Design, Employee Engagement, and Performance ManagementAbility to analyze organizational effectiveness and recommend data-driven improvementsExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related fieldExperience in the retail or manufacturing industry is a plusFluency in English and Arabic is preferred
