Founder’s Office: Growth/Ops (Project Manager for Tech)Core Responsibilities:Collaborate with executives to understand project objectives and develop project plansLead the project management and implementation of theft detection marketing and operations projects, from concept through to deploymentCoordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, analysts, and operational team to ensure project milestones are metIdentify and resolve project challenges, adjusting strategies and plans as necessary. Continuously evaluate project progress and performance, reporting progress and performance to team executivesMust-Have:Proven experience in project management, ideally within a tech environment. Excellent English communication with the ability to connect with a global teamBasic technical background, with experience in any of software engineering, data science, or a related fieldStrong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to develop project structures and plans from general directives. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with executives and across project teams. Can work at least 4 hours per day in US PST timezoneNice to Have:Familiarity and interest in AI technologies, particularly computer visionPrior experience in product or project management, with a focus on AI or technology companiesKnowledge of retail operations and the challenges of loss preventionEx-Founder or Venture Capital or Management Consulting or Banking or Working with US Companies, or Tech Companies
