Founders Associate – Intern (m/f/d)

Your RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Founders Associate to work closely with our management team during a 6 month full-time internship. This role will be handling a dynamic mix between strategic and operational topics. The main tasks are: Fundraising & Investor Relations·      Assist in preparing investor materials, pitch decks, and financial models.·      Support ongoing communication with current and potential investors.·      Conduct research on funding opportunities and investment trends relevant to the business.Operational & Strategic Support·      Collaborate closely with the management team on daily operational and strategic priorities.·      Take ownership of special projects that drive efficiency, scalability, or innovation across the organization.·      Support cross-functional coordination between departments to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.Your Background·      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business-related field with a strong academic record.·      Experience in the off-road vehicle sector, management consulting, a technology company, or venture capital.·      Strong affinity for technology and innovation.·      Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.·      Eagerness to deep-dive into new challenges and learn rapidly.·      Excellent communication skills and a strong team-player mindset.·      Proficiency in German is a plus but not required.We understand that not everyone will meet all the criteria!
