Our customers include some of the largest names in insurance (we recently closed a top 5 insurance company in the world), and our team combines deep AI expertise with proven company-building experience.Now, we’re looking for a Founding Product Designer to define our design culture and own the end-to-end product experience. What You’ll DoOwn the entire product design process: user journeys, interaction design, and visual language. Partner with engineering and product to bring complex workflows into simple, intuitive experiences. Build a cohesive design system that will scale across products. Shape and nurture the design culture at FurtherAI. Work in-person from our San Francisco office (5 day week). What We’re Looking For5+ years designing products.
