Long term mission Dynamic and growing company About Our ClientOur client is an industrial company active in the food and beverage sector, combining craftsmanship and innovation to produce high-quality products in a sustainable way.Job DescriptionFreelance Quality Manager - FOODEnsure full ownership and continuous optimization of the company's quality management system.Lead and motivate a team of nine people to achieve quality objectives.Act as the main contact for all quality-related matters and external audits.Monitor food legislation and ensure compliance in areas such as labelling and traceability.Manage and maintain quality certifications and coordinate with regulatory authorities.The Successful ApplicantFreelance Quality Manager - FOODDegree in Food Science, Chemistry, or Biosciences (minimum Professional Bachelor's level).Proven experience in a similar quality role within a production or food manufacturing environment.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to lead audits and implement improvement actions.Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English, with ease across all organizational levels.Hands-on leader with a structured, detail-oriented, and problem-solving approach.What's On OfferFreelance mission - Full time - Duration: 6-12 months.
