The Project Manager will lead and coordinate planning and analysis efforts across multiple healthcare projects, manage client relationships, and ensure the successful execution of project deliverables.
This role requires a strategic thinker with deep subject matter expertise in healthcare architecture and engineering, particularly within the federal sector. QualificationsMaster’s degree or higher in Architecture or Engineering (required)Minimum of 15 years of experience in healthcare architecture/engineering, preferably in the federal sectorStrong client engagement and negotiation skillsDemonstrated ability to provide strategic and operational recommendationsFamiliarity with federal healthcare systems and DHA planning methodologies is a plusResponsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Lead, facilitate, and oversee analysis and planning on multiple healthcare project typesCreate and communicate relevant solutions to complex problems through thoughtful analysisServe as the engagement manager and primary point of contact for client relationshipsProvide subject matter expertise and thought leadership on high-profile projectsDevelop project budgets, conduct negotiations, and review/approve contractsEnsure alignment with DHA planning criteria, federal regulations, and project deliverablesCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams and government stakeholdersGuide the development of HCRA reports, strategic initiatives, and planning documentationSupport the preparation and submission of all required project deliverables DOCPER/SOFA/Logistical Support StatusThis position is eligible for support under NATO Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) supplemental agreement articles 72 or 73.
