The consultant will deliver professional training sessions on PMP®, CAPM®, Agile, and related programs, engaging with participants to ensure mastery of content and practical application. Trainer will be enrolled in PMT ATP training to upskill in delivery to PMI standards. Responsibilities include preparing and updating training materials, facilitating sessions in French, offering post-training consulting to clients, and collaborating with the team to support strategic initiatives and enhance the learning experience. Client engagement and feedback collection will be integral aspects of this role.QualificationsSkills in Training, Training & Development, and demonstrated ability to deliver effective and engaging educational sessions, particularly in project managementProficiency in Consulting and strong Customer Service abilities to foster client relationships and deliver tailored solutionsExcellent Communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiencesExperience in project management, with PMP® certification is mandatoryBachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with additional certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma being beneficialProven ability to work collaboratively in team environments and adapt to a dynamic, results-oriented atmosphere
