Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role located in Kumasi for a Robotics Facilitator specializing in educating and engaging children. The facilitator will conduct hands-on robotics workshops, guide children in building and programming robots, and foster creativity and problem-solving skills in a collaborative and fun learning environment. The facilitator is responsible for planning sessions, managing materials, ensuring safety, and encouraging student engagement throughout the learning process. Qualifications Knowledge of robotics concepts, programming languages, and hands-on assembly, particularly for children's educational toolsSkills in teaching, mentorship, and engaging young learners in STEM educationStrong organizational and time-management skills to plan and execute interactive sessions effectivelyCommunication and interpersonal skills to foster a supportive learning environmentAbility to work on-site in Kumasi and manage physical workshop environmentsPrevious experience in teaching or facilitating robotics or STEM programs is a plusPassion for inspiring curiosity and learning in childrenBachelor’s degree in Education, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
