Fresh Garaduated Delivery & Logistics JrLevel: Entry-Level (Fresh Graduate)Industry: Cellphone / TechnologyAbout the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Delivery & Logistics Assistant to support our operations in the cellphone/technology industry. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate interested in logistics, supply chain, and distribution processes. You will assist with product deliveries, warehouse coordination, inventory control, and communication with carriers and partners.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery Coordination• Assist in scheduling and tracking product deliveries to clients, carriers, and distribution centers.• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to internal teams.• Verify documentation for outgoing shipments (invoices, packing lists, delivery orders).• Ensure on-time delivery and resolve basic delivery issues or discrepancies.Logistics & Warehouse Support• Support warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and inventory checks.• Maintain accurate records of stock levels and product movements.• Assist in organizing inventory locations, labeling, and product handling.• Help prepare reports on inventory variances, damaged goods, or returns.Coordination & Documentation• Work with freight forwarders, carriers, and suppliers to arrange transportation.• Ensure compliance with company logistics procedures and safety standards.• Keep internal systems updated with shipment and inventory information.• Coordinate with the purchasing, sales, and IT departments for logistics needs.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.• Advanced English – required for communication with global suppliers and partners.• Strong interest in logistics, supply chain, or technology product distribution.• Basic knowledge of inventory management or warehouse processes.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time-management abilities.Preferred (Not Mandatory)• Internship or school project experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.• Experience or academic exposure to technology or cellphone industry logistics.• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite) or logistics software.• Knowledge of import/export processes or customs documentation.ENGLISH IS A MUST
