This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist based in Kathmandu. The role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing inquiries, coordinating appointments, handling administrative duties, and maintaining a welcoming front-desk environment.Location: Head Office, PutalisadakResponsibilities of the Candidate:Receive and manage incoming calls professionally and efficiently.Greet and assist clients, providing information or directing them to the appropriate department.Counsel students regarding IELTS courses, handle enrollments, collect fees, and assist with exam bookings.Support clients with biometric appointments, medical checks, and visa lodgment procedures.Manage and record client payments accurately; handle petty cash and reconciliation.Maintain a clean and professional reception area.Conduct client follow-ups and share updates as instructed by senior staff.Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.Requirements:Minimum +2 in Management or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).1–2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role.Excellent communication skills with strong English proficiency.High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong customer service and phone etiquette.Outspoken, confident, and professional demeanor with a positive attitude.BenefitsCompetitive salary with an attractive benefits package.Lunch allowance and performance bonus.Supportive and dynamic work culture.Career growth and training opportunities.Apply- Please send us your resume at career@talentsathi.com.
