This role requires someone with excellent communication skills who can represent our organization with professionalism and warmth.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk OperationsWelcome and register all visitors according to security protocolsAnswer multi-line phone system professionallyTrack visitor arrivals and coordinate with hostsIssue visitor passes and maintain visitor logsMeeting Room SupportSchedule and manage conference room bookingsConduct daily room inspections and report maintenance issuesCoordinate room setups and catering arrangementsProvide basic audio-visual equipment supportAdministrative SupportHandle incoming/outgoing mail and packagesManage printing and binding requestsMaintain reception area cleanliness and organizationProcure and distribute office suppliesAdditional DutiesSupport building services and FM teams as neededMaintain parking logs (where applicable)Follow security protocols and report issuesParticipate in training and development opportunitiesRequirementsExperience: Minimum 2-3 years front-of-house, customer service, or hospitality experience preferredSkills:Excellent verbal and written communicationStrong attention to detailAbility to multitask in fast-paced environmentProfessional appearance and demeanorFlexibility to adapt to changing prioritiesBasic computer proficiencyCompetencies:Customer-focused mindsetTeam collaborationConflict resolution abilitiesProactive problem-solving approachJoin our team and be the welcoming face that creates positive first impressions for all who visit our organization.
