You’ll work with React and React Native to deliver performant, user-friendly applications that showcase our AI capabilities; from experimental prototypes to production-ready tools. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and AI engineering teams to create polished and maintainable interfaces, while learning best practices in frontend engineering. This role is ideal for an engineer who is passionate about clean code, great user experience, and exploring the latest in frontend technologies in the space of AI. Key Responsibilities 1. Frontend Development & Engineering Excellence Build and maintain scalable UIs using React Native (mobile) and React (web) Collaborate with designers and product managers to deliver smooth, responsive interfaces Implement state management and reusable component patterns Ensure high code quality through testing, linting, and documentation Write clean, testable code with proper documentation 2. Integration & Performance Integrate frontend with backend APIs, including real-time and AI streaming interfaces Contribute to internal component libraries and reusable frontend scaffolding Ensure responsiveness and accessibility across devices Support performance improvements and bug fixes 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with AI product and platform engineers to support end-to-end feature delivery Participate in user testing, feedback loops, and iterative design cycles Advocate for frontend considerations in roadmap planning and prioritization Learn from senior engineers through reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing Key Skills and Qualifications: Must-Have 2–5 years of experience in frontend development (React or React Native). Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling. Basic understanding of API integration, state management, and mobile-first design Enthusiasm for writing clean, testable, and maintainable code. Bonus Exposure to AI-powered products or LLM-based interfaces Familiarity with reactive programming and performance tuning Exposure to design systems, mobile animation, or real-time frontend experiences Prior work in fast-paced environments like startups, tech labs, or innovation teams What Success Looks Like You deliver features that users find reliable and easy to use.
