You’ll design scalable solutions, improve developer workflows, and guide teams through complex architectural decisions. The role blends hands-on coding with mentorship and leadership. You’ll help make Riverside’s engineering faster, smoother, and more resilient.Requirements:What Will Make You Stand Out?Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience6+ years of hands-on software development experience, with a strong emphasis on modern frontend engineeringProven experience leading or implementing microfrontend's architecture in production environmentsDeep understanding of modern frontend frameworks and ecosystems (React, Vue, or similar)Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, microservices architecture, and AWS – MUSTExperience with real-time communication technologies such as WebSockets (WebRTC or SSE – advantage)Familiarity with video processing and streaming technologies (FFmpeg, GStreamer) — advantageProficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworksStrong architectural thinking, with the ability to design, evaluate, and optimize complex distributed systemsExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced environmentSolid knowledge of software engineering best practices, design patterns, and a strong commitment to high-quality, maintainable codeBottom line?
