Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Fuel Coordination: Coordinate fuel releases and manage communications related to fuel operations. Monitor regional fuel shortages and respond proactively. Cross Departmental Collaboration: Liaise with Sales, Credit, Collections, Supply, Billing, and other departments to resolve operational challenges. Work closely with the sales team to ensure the timely delivery of fuel to customers. Client and Supplier Interaction: Maintain effective communication with clients and suppliers regarding flight movements and order details. Clarify and address order-related details to ensure accuracy. Operational Follow-Up: Track and follow up on pending requests and ensure timely resolution. Follow up with suppliers for uplift details and clear them for billing. Sales Support: Provide price quoting assistance during out-of-office hours. Coordinate with the Collections Department to ensure customers adhere to credit limits. Process Oversight: Ensure Open Release for scheduled airlines is prepared and in place monthly. Qualification: Relevant bachelor’s degree would be a plus point. Experience in fuel handling, logistics, or a related field is an advantage. Skills & Experience: Strong coordination and multitasking abilities. Effective communication skills with internal teams, clients, and suppliers. Problem-solving skills to resolve operational issues efficiently. Basic knowledge of fuel types, storage, and quality control procedures.
