We’re growing fast and are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team.A key team member of Uniify’s Tech teamAs a Full Stack Developer at Uniify, you’ll work across our entire stack from backend services to frontend experiences helping shape new features, improve existing ones, and ensure performance and scalability as we expand.You’ll Join a Small Tight-knit Team OfOur CTO1 backend developer (Laravel)2 full stack developers (One with DevOps)2 frontend developers (React)QA EngineerSolutions ArchitectWe collaborate closely, review each other’s code, and take pride in building high-quality software that customers love.Our tech stackBackend: Node, Postgres, PHP (Laravel)Frontend: React + our own internal component library (TailwindCSS)Infrastructure: AWS with most services managed through Terraform as Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)Other tools: Notion for documentation, Linear for Issue Management and Sentry for ObservabilityA little bit about the things you’ll be doing:Help shape and drive the team’s technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goalsDesign, build and maintain end-to-end product features using Laravel and ReactInfluence architectural decisions across systems and teams to ensure scalability and maintainabilityOwn projects from start to finish - from technical design and implementation to deployment and iterationCollaborate closely with Product and Engineering to navigate complex challenges and deliver value to customersMentor and support fellow engineers, fostering a culture of feedback, learning and continuous improvementTake part in DevOps practices, ensuring smooth CI/CD and reliable infrastructureImprove performance by profiling and tweaking virtualized list renderingWe’ll be a match made in Fintech heaven if…5+ years of experience as a full stack or backend-focused developer Strong proficiency in PHP (Laravel) and ReactExperience with AWS and Terraform (or similar IaC tools)Solid understanding of CI/CD and best practices for maintainable codeA collaborative mindset - you enjoy code reviews, sharing knowledge, and learning from peers.At Uniify, you’ll be working for a smarter futureWorking at Uniify, you’ll be joining a fast-growing team on a joint mission to create an impact in the financial sector!
