Full Stack Development (Web)

OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise across modern web technologies, including React, Next.js, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and database systems such as MySQL and MongoDB. Experience with Redis, Kubernetes (Kluster), and AWS is also important. Knowledge of additional frameworks like React Native or Svelte is a plus.Salary: 45000-55000 BDT Per Month Job Type: 100% Remote ( Work from home)Experience : Minimum 4 yearsKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces with modern front-end tooling.Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices using Node.js.Work with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, MongoDB) for efficient data modeling and query optimization.Implement caching, session management, and performance enhancements using Redis.Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments, particularly AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.).Utilize containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) to support scalable infrastructure.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous integration/delivery workflows.Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role.Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web standards, and modern software architecture.Hands-on experience with MySQL and MongoDB databases.Experience working with Redis, Kubernetes, and AWS services.Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing systems.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Nice-to-HaveExperience with React Native for mobile development.Knowledge of alternative frameworks/libraries such as Svelte, Vue, or Angular.Understanding of serverless architectures or GraphQL.Experience with micro-frontend or monorepo tooling (Turborepo, Nx, etc.).What We OfferOpportunity to work with modern technologies and scalable systems.A collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.Flexible work arrangements (remote/hybrid depending on company policy). interested candidates may apply or directly DM me on Linkedin
