Steadfast Courier is looking for Hub Support ExecutiveJob Description / ResponsibilityCoordinate with Customer Care Issue Resolution Team, KAM Support, and Operations to ensure smooth complaint resolutionHandle large volumes of high pressure inbound calls from merchants, customers, Issue Resolution Team, KAM Support, and OperationsMonitor day-to-day hub operations and resolve issuesEnsure proper documentation of hub updates and escalated casesCommunicate with hub in-charges to resolve delivery, pickup, missing, damaged, return, refund, and other logistics related issuesMaintain professional, polite, and effective communication across all teamsAssist hub in-charges and complete assigned operational tasksSupport operational activities during peak hours or emergenciesEducational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsAdditional RequirementsRunning undergraduate or graduate student (any discipline)Strong communication skills in BanglaLeadership ability and teamwork skillsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced operational environmentStrong listening skills with problem-solving mindsetAbility to remain calm and confident in high-pressure situationsBasic computer skills with good typing speedBasic knowledge of MS Excel & Google SheetsStrong follow-up and coordination abilityWillingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends if requiredExperience in courier/logistics/hub operations is a plus, but freshers are highly encouraged to applyJob LocationDhaka
