Fund Operation Analyst

This foundational role is responsible for ensuring the operational integrity and seamless execution of our fund structures. We seek a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to build their career with our high-performing team.Location: MauritiusResponsibilities: - Execute all day-to-day fund operations, including the processing of investor subscriptions and redemptions, management of account openings, and timely settlement of obligations.- Review and verify Net Asset Value (NAV) reports from fund administrators.- Support the annual fund audit and all requisite regulatory declarations, ensuring exacting standards of compliance.- Serve as a primary liaison for key partners (brokers, fund administrators), handling external queries and internal stakeholder requests with precision.- Contribute to ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Head of Operations.Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.- Strong command of financial markets and a comprehensive understanding of financial statements.- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-caliber environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant enterprise platforms.- Articulate, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Experience:- 0-2 years of experience in fund operations or a similar capacity.
