You'll bring ideas, build prototypes, create addictive game play and develop the game's mechanics. Game Designers work as part of a multidisciplinary team that includes games developers, games artists, animators and game testers.Key Responsibilities●     Plan and detail new games' setting, rules, flow, props, assets and play modes.●     Understand what the target market and audience need.●     Transform a rough idea into a detailed concept and then implement it.●     Write scripts and design storyboards.●     Make adjustments to the game design specifications to reflect developments as the project moves forward.●     Train game testers purposely and properly.●     Lead on the user experience (UX) design of the game, ensuring players have the best experience.Requirements●     At least 3 years of Game Designer experience or has 1 successful game project.●     Knowledge of balancing in game or RTP.●     An innovative approach to game design/style and the ability to come up with new ideas.●     Enthusiasm and knowledge of the online game industry.●     Understand the operation mechanism of game engine animation.●     Mathematical and analytical understanding.●     Scripting and design capabilities using softwares.●     Organization, time estimating and project management skills (Agile, Scrum).●     Understand different hardware platforms available for games.●     Communication skills, both verbal and written, to put your ideas across to other members of the team.●     Team working skills and the ability to collaborate with others to finish game orders.●     A willingness and aptitude to learn new technical skills such as version control software.●     Problem-solving skills.●     A flexible approach to work in order to tailor your ideas and to complete every task to a high standard within deadlines.●     Have a good product mindset (Ability to understand and experience as a real user on the application they built).●     Resistant to high pressure at work.Why Join Us●     Negotiation salary.●     100% salary in the probation time.●     Review bonus twice per year, seniority-based wage, 13th Salary●     Premium health and accident insurance (PTI Insurance)●     Review salary every year●     Team building, birthday party, Sport Club....●     Lunch support at the office.●     Fair, dynamic and friendly working environment
