Senior Product Designer

Main ResponsibilitiesMust have:Lead end-to-end product design for internal web and app projects, especially the Pharmacist App.Collaborate closely with Product Design Lead, Product Owner, and Developers to identify user problems, prioritize features, and design optimal solutions.Present and iterate design solutions based on stakeholder feedback.Deliver high-quality UI designs and interactive prototypes using Figma.Translate product requirements and user flows into intuitive interfaces for Web and App platforms.Maintain and contribute to the design system to ensure consistency across touchpoints.Create reusable components and document usage guidelines.Actively participate in agile rituals: sprint planning and grooming.Understand product and business goals to align design decisions accordingly.Work with stakeholders to prioritize features based on customer and business value.Nice to have:Assist in planning and conducting usability tests or stakeholder interviews.Translate qualitative insights into actionable design improvements.Use product analytics tools to review usage data and optimize flows based on insights.Capable of creating or editing simple illustrations/icons.Support banner design for online campaigns when needed (Photoshop/Illustrator experience is a plus).RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design, preferably with retail, e-commerce, or healthcare industries. Proficient in Figma: Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Design Tokens.Experienced in building and maintaining Design Systems.Prior experience designing internal tools such as dashboards, CMS, POS, or inventory systems.Excellent communication skills — able to clearly explain design rationale to PMs and Developers.Solid grasp of system thinking and consistency across multi-product environments.Able to clearly present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.Build compelling design narratives from user problems to proposed solutions using visuals and logic. Understand product objectives, user needs, and behavior to deliver thoughtful design solutions. Balance user experience with technical and operational constraints.A portfolio that demonstrates the end-to-end design process from problem identification to ideation, wireframing, final UI, and outcome.
