About FluentJoyFluentJoy is an English learning mobile app featuring over 5,000 bite-sized video lessons and quizzes, designed to make learning English fast, fun, and addictive.Our mission is to help millions of learners around the world gain confidence in English through short, engaging, and visually dynamic video-based lessons.You’ll be joining a fast-growing, creative, and global team that’s shaping the future of English education -and building what we believe can be a multi-billion dollar global brand.The Role: Motion Graphics & Video Editor (Green Screen Reels)We’re looking for a highly creative and hands-on Motion Graphics Designer who loves bringing ideas to life through dynamic short-form videos and reels.You’ll work with our English learning content, shooting and editing green screen footage, adding creative motion graphics, and transforming simple lessons into scroll-stopping, social-media-worthy videos.What You’ll DoWork with green screen (keying) footage - shoot, light, and key talent cleanly and professionallyEdit, assemble, and color-correct raw footage for short, punchy, high-retention videosFollow scripts and storyboards - but also bring your own ideas to make lessons more dynamic and emotionally engagingAdd captions, transitions, lower thirds, and visual effects that enhance understanding and grab attention within secondsIntegrate music, sound effects, and voiceovers to create polished final videosCollaborate with creative, content, and product teams to ensure videos are aligned with brand tone and user experience goalsContinuously experiment with new editing styles, effects, and social video trends to keep FluentJoy content fresh and viral-readyWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in video editing and motion graphics, ideally with short-form or educational contentStrong green screen (keying) experience - both shooting and post-productionProficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other professional editing toolsA creative eye for storytelling and pacing - you understand how to hook attention in the first 2 secondsExperience creating reels, TikToks, or short-form social videos that perform wellGreat communication skills and attention to detailA proactive, ownership-driven attitude - you thrive in fast-moving startup environmentsA portfolio is required - please include samples that showcase green screen editing, motion graphics, and short-form storytelling.What You’ll GetCreative freedom to experiment and shape FluentJoy’s visual identityImmediate impact - your videos will reach and inspire hundreds of thousands of learners worldwideA collaborative, fast-paced environment where your ideas are seen, tested, and implementedOpportunity to grow with a product and brand that’s scaling globally
