Web Engineer – (Strapi + SEO)Type: Contractor - Full-timeLocation: HCM - RemotelyPosition OverviewGlo’s Web Engineer plays a critical role in fulfilling Glo’s mission to create intelligent tools that challenge people to live fulfilling lives. They are responsible for building and maintaining the web application—from layout to function—ensuring alignment with project specifications. The Web Engineer works closely with the API & Services team and the Engineering Manager to complete projects effectively.Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesBuild user-facing web interfaces using CMS-driven content using StrapiOptimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO performanceDeliver high-quality, reusable, and modular code and sharable componentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutionsQualifications5+ years of experience designing, building, and maintaining both front-end web projectsExcellent proficiency in JavaScript, HTML and CSSExperience with CMS platforms—especially StrapiSolid understanding of SEO best practices (technical SEO, on-page structure, performance optimization)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to develop ideas, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectivelyConfidence in making technical decisions that influence application architecture
