About Us Our name ‘IndieZ’ is derived from the word ‘Indie’ combined with ‘Z’, which means will not be an Indie anymore.With one mission - Make Life More Gaming, we would like to focus on developing good games for all users can play every time & everywhere.General Description Responsible for ensuring mobile game projects are completed on time, on budget, and meet the required quality standards.1/Key responsibilities Planning & Implementation: Develop detailed project plans and define key milestones.Plan the implementation and operation of new game projects.Break down features into tasks, estimate timelines, and assign work to the team.Process & Team Management: Organize and coordinate meetings according to the Agile/Scrum model.Ensure the team adheres to the agreed-upon development process.Work daily and coordinate closely with various departments (Developer, Game Designer, QA/QC, Artist, and Marketing) to answer questions and ensure a smooth information flow.Monitoring & Operations: Monitor progress on a daily and weekly basis.Ensure all tasks are tracked, status updated, and completed.Coordinate with support departments and be primarily responsible for product operations.Risk, Scope & Reporting Management: Proactively identify and plan for risk mitigation.Quickly resolve obstacles or conflicts that arise during the work process.Manage the project scope and control changes.Prepare periodic Status Reports for leadership and stakeholders.Manage project documentation.2/ Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in a Project Manager role, with experience in the mobile game or software development industry, is a plus.Understanding of the Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) and Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.) and planning skills.Good communication skills, with the ability to hold technical discussions with different departments to ensure timelines.Strong skills in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and facilitation.Passion for mobile games.*Portfolio requirements: For your application to be considered, you must submit a portfolio or other samples of your work. All portfolios must contain a detailed shot breakdown of the work.
