We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Gardener to join our team on a full time basis to help create and maintain our stunning landscape.As a Gardener at Thamesfield you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by creating beautiful outdoor spaces that they can enjoy and relax in.Key Responsibilities:Assisting in the planting and maintenance of flowers, plants, and treesPerforming regular watering, pruning, and weeding to keep the gardens tidy and vibrantMaintaining lawns, hedges, and other green areasOperating and maintaining gardening equipment and toolsAssisting in the implementation of landscaping projectsCollaborating with the team to ensure the gardens meet the expectations and preferences of our residentsFollowing health and safety guidelines to create a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitorsHelping the GM/FM with other tasks in and around the Village outside the garden environment when necessaryRequirementsPrevious experience in gardening or landscaping is preferred, but not requiredPassion for working with plants and creating beautiful outdoor spacesBasic knowledge of gardening techniques and plant careAbility to work well in a team and follow instructionsPhysical stamina to perform gardening tasks, including lifting and operating equipmentExcellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to garden maintenance
