Garment Merchandiser

JOB OVERVIEWWe are looking for a Garment Merchandiser to join our Business team (Uniqlo, Pink, Carter's, Walmart,...) You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and production teams to ensure that garments meet design specifications, quality standards, and delivery deadlines. You will be involved in product costing, sourcing materials, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders.1. Key Responsibilities:DevelopmentWorking closely with sample room & checking sample status.Order sample fabric to mill and checking ready date.Order development accessories.Managing Development Due DateSending packages to Buyer directly.Updating dispatch details on the websiteProductionResponsible for management of production cycleManage time and action calendarsStrong knowledge of fabrics, finishing and garment construction for knitCreate and maintain delivery reports for weekly cross functional production meetingManage product testing results by working with third party quality assurance companies. Work with manufactures and mills to seek immediate resolution in the event of failures and sub-quality resultsResponsible for seasonal mill allocations and capacity planningResponsible for the management and updating of product costing documentsProvide visibility to buy dates and pre-production lead timesMaintain close working relationships with cross divisional partners in customer, product development, merchandising, technical design and global supplier2. Requirements:Diploma or university degree holder in apparel merchandising or a related field is preferred.0 – 5 years of garment merchandising experiences and in Garment Vendor.Sample development or bulk production experience are preferable.Having working experience with PINK/VICTORIA’S SECRET/CARTER’S/UNIQLO/ WALMART brand is a strong plus.Excellent verbal and written English skills.Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.Working under high pressure and being able to work for overtime.Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.3.
