This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of the service offering.Your Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements gathering and documentation using AIM/OUM or other similar methodologyMaintenance and enhancements to existing Oracle Fusion Financials modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management and Accounting Hub (implementation experience in at least 2 of these modules)Participate in design reviews and discussionsMap client requirements against Oracle Fusion Financials modulesShould be able to interpret functional requirements from onsite and able to deliver and design it from offshoreCapable of handling Solution Design/Functional Fit-Gap/Training/Testing sessionsAssist business user during CRPs/SITs/UATsPrepare quality deliverablesPrepare test scripts and test casesConduct trainingsSupport Project Management Office (PMO)Skills And Attributes For SuccessDeliver large/medium Oracle ERP programmes, demonstrate expert core consulting skills and advanced level of ERP knowledge and industry expertise to support delivery to clientsStrong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into design documents.Must have knowledge of documenting using OUM or any other methodologyStrong customer handling skills and ability to lead & mentor team membersAble to work under pressure and meet deadlinesExcellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quicklyAbility to work as part of a teamAbility to follow well defined release management processesAbility to multi-task and still stay focused on release prioritiesMust have valid passportClient site work / Business Traveling may be involved To qualify for the role, you must have3-5 years of relevant experience working in ERP Financials with at least 2 years of experience in Oracle Fusion FinancialsShould have worked in at least 2 full life cycle implementations with at least one of the implementations on Oracle Fusion FinancialsPrior experience of Financials is requiredExperience of having worked in a client facing delivery roleIdeally, you’ll also haveDelivered large/medium Oracle ERP programmes, demonstrate expert core consulting skills and advanced level of ERP knowledge and industry expertise to support delivery to clientsThe ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quicklyExcellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skillsWhat Working At EY OffersAt EY, we’re dedicated to helping our clients, from start–ups to Fortune 500 companies — and the work we do with them is as varied as they are.You get to work with inspiring and meaningful projects.
