General Summary:The General Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization’s assets, ensuring optimal utilization, tracking, and reporting. This role involves collaboration with various departments to maintain accurate asset records and support strategic asset management initiatives for the current productions in the Latin America region.This position reports directly to the Director of Production & Asset Management in the Miami office. Responsibilities:30% Responsible for Leading, mentoring coordinators ensuring understand and comply the deliverables requirements of Sony, and external clients. This includes, but is not limited to:Update media content deliverables (assets/documents) by maintaining project trackers and ensuring deliverables are conformed to current Sony technical specifications, global requirements and naming conventions to be properly archived.Assist the Director to ensure execution of Production and delivery scheduleCollecting production and delivery schedules and updates while ensuring the producer delivers all materials according to Sony specificationsCommunicate potential delays to local management in weekly production meetings.Troubleshooting deliverables question between local producers, commissioning broadcasters.Assist to Director to keep production manual updatesWork closely with Colombia and Mexico teams to manage timely delivery of assets upon request and schedules.Assist in the development and implementation of asset management policies and procedures.Support in the develop and implement of strategies to improve processes and efficiency.25% Responsible for collecting, storing and distributing materials and deliverables for SPT Latin America: Organize in a timely manner in conjunction with various departments Development, Production, Post, Finance, Operations and Legal teams for compliance of deliverables and contractual requirements for each stage of production. Including but not limited to, data entry, storing and tracking of assets in various SPT’ systemMake sure all the Assets repositories are updated with the materials generated in the different stages of production as an example: Synopsis, character descriptions, scripts, casting materials, location materials, art materials, production plans, delivery schedules and agreements, as broadcast scripts, certificates of insurance, cue sheets, composer’s agreements, assignment of rights and credits, ratings, air schedules, demos, videos and photography or creative elementsEnsure all development materials are updated into de SystemProvide to Marketing department the development materials of the showMonitoring and support in the creation of the credit template in conjunction with the Legal, Production, Content, and Post-production areas.10%. Support to the Director to set up and to update the slide for the internal workshop before the production begins.10% Keep all information related to the current and past productions Update into Sony system: Share point.. Database up to date. Maintain weekly status reports on Latin America productions.15% Collect, organize and provide to marketing department all final development and production materials per show10% Monitoring and support in the creation of the credit template in conjunction with the Legal, Production, Content, and Post-production areas for review and approval by SPT Production Latin America business affairs; manage credit approval process in a timely fashion so as not to cause production delays.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Experience in asset management or a similar role is preferred. –Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in asset management software and Microsoft Office Suite: PPT, Prezi, Excel (analysis of production data/statistics).
