Our teams work remotely, embracing flexibility while maintaining strong communication to drive impactful marketing and sales outcomes.Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and align cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to execute GTM strategies effectively.Manage project timelines and ensure all deliverables are executed on schedule to support revenue goals.Analyze campaign and sales data to provide actionable insights and measure the effectiveness of GTM initiatives.Support marketing efforts with expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and social media branding strategies.Act as a liaison between teams to facilitate clear communication and remove obstacles that could delay projects.Maintain detailed documentation of GTM processes, results, and areas for improvement.Utilize strong time management skills to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Required Qualifications2-5+ years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or related roles supporting GTM strategies.Proficiency in managing and optimizing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns.Experience with data analysis and interpreting marketing and sales metrics.Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.Intermediate to fluent English communication skills.College education or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Preferred QualificationsAdvanced experience (5+ years) in GTM strategy coordination or project management in tech-driven environments.Master’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines.Demonstrated ability to drive brand-building initiatives through social media channels.Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and CRM platforms.Exceptional time management and organizational skills enabling multitasking at scale.
