General Manager Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-time Seniority: Senior Management / Executive LeadershipAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and strategic General Manager (GM) to lead our Singapore operations. The GM will oversee overall business performance, drive operational excellence, build and lead high-performing teams, and ensure sustainable growth in the Singapore market. This role requires strong business acumen, leadership capability, and the ability to execute expansion strategies while maintaining operational rigor.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Leadership & Business GrowthDevelop and execute the company’s business strategy for the Singapore market.Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive insights to accelerate growth.Lead annual planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.Drive revenue, profitability, and market share growth.2. Operations ManagementOversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and operational excellence.Implement processes, policies, and performance standards to support long-term business goals.Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.3. Team Leadership & People ManagementBuild, mentor, and lead diverse cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, operations, customer success, and support functions.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Set clear KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and guide career development for team members.4. Financial ManagementManage P&L for Singapore operations, ensuring healthy financial performance.Monitor financial metrics, cost structure, and resource allocation.Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to regional or global leadership.5. Stakeholder & Partner RelationsRepresent the company in external meetings, industry events, and government/regulatory interactions.Manage relationships with key customers, partners, vendors, and strategic stakeholders.Collaborate closely with regional/global leaders to align business direction and share best practices.6.
