Responsibilities include overseeing and managing security operations, ensuring the implementation of cutting-edge technology and practices, and maintaining compliance with safety and security regulations. Leading security teams, strategic planning, and client relationship management will form integral parts of the role, ensuring continuous improvement in security processes and client satisfaction.🔑 Key Responsibilities:Provide strong leadership in Security OperationsOversee Incident Management and Crisis ResponseEnsure full Risk Management & Compliance adherenceDrive Strategic Planning, Growth, and ExecutionManage Security Operations Centre (SOC) OversightLead Training, Development & Awareness initiativesBuild and maintain Stakeholder & Client EngagementAct as a key influencer and represent the organization with clientele✅ Job Requirements:WSQ Diploma in Security or relevant qualificationsMinimum 10 years of experience in Security Operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial orleadership roleProven track record in the Singapore security industry (MUST requirement)Strong background in Investigations, Audits, and ComplianceExcellent ability to identify and mitigate risks & vulnerabilitiesFlexible to work weekends or extended hours when required
