General RecruiterCompany: Cyber50 Defense ServicesLocation: October, Giza, EgyptExperience Required: 5+ years in recruitment/talent acquisitionEmployment Type: Full-timeRole PurposeThe Recruiter (Generalist) will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical, operational, and support roles. The role involves close partnership with leadership and hiring managers to understand manpower needs, design sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a professional, efficient, and compliant hiring process aligned with Egyptian labour regulations and internal security standards.Key Responsibilities1.     Talent Strategy & Stakeholder Management·       Partner with department heads to understand workforce plans, role requirements, and timelines.·       Advise hiring managers on market availability, salary ranges, and selection best practices.·       Act as a trusted HR partner, ensuring recruitment decisions align with Cyber50’s culture, values, and security posture.2.     End-to-End Recruitment·       Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job briefing, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer, and pre-onboarding.·       Draft clear, accurate job descriptions and adverts for defence, cybersecurity, engineering, operational, and corporate roles.·       Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent pools, events, and universities).·       Screen CVs and conduct structured interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.·       Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth, professional process for all stakeholders.·       Lead offer management, including salary recommendations, approvals, and negotiations.3.     Candidate Experience & Employer Branding·       Provide timely, respectful communication and feedback to candidates throughout the process.·       Represent Cyber50 Defence Services professionally during interviews, events, and external interactions.4.     Reporting & Continuous Improvement·       Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline status, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates).·       Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment speed, quality, and candidate experience.Requirements·       Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.·       Minimum 5 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.·       Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, cybersecurity, defence, or high-security roles is an advantage.·       Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, competency-based interviews, and talent assessment tools.·       Familiarity with the Egyptian labour market and basic understanding of local labour law.Key Competencies• Stakeholder management & business partnering• Strong planning, organization, and follow-up• Please send me the CV via Email: Ihab.gharez@gmail.com
