Eligible for the benefits defined in the international mobility policy (Employee Initiated). Our Automotive Workshop team is currently looking for a talented General Worker- Wash Bay for Barbados who will clean vehicles in an efficient and timely manner. Here’s what you’ll be doing: Washes vehicle exterior, cleans interior and exterior windows, and wipes down doorjambs.
Vacuums interior of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris. Cleans upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces, using appropriate cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices. Cleans engine and engine compartment with steam-cleaning equipment and various cleaning agents. Uses proper eye, hand, and body protection when using products that require protection. Applies dressing on tires and tire wells. Ensures service reminder stickers are displayed in the vehicle's window. Keeps work area neat and clean. Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner. Reports any safety issues immediately to management. Maintains a professional appearance.
Performs other reasonable and related duties required by Service Management. We'll make a match if you meet the following requirements: At least five (5) CSEC level passes including Mathematics and English. 1+ year experience in automotive detailing or car cleaning preferredA valid Driver’s License is required (light goods would be an asset). Ability to operate detailing equipment such as pressure washers, vacuums and buffers. Familiarity with safety regulations related to handling cleaning agents and operating detailing equipment.
