German & UK Universities Application Specialist

We aim to address all study-abroad related needs, making the process seamless and accessible for students looking to achieve their academic goals globally.POSITION OVERVIEWManage end-to-end submission of student applications to UK & German universities. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously across different platforms. CORE RESPONSIBILITIESManage the full student application process for UK & German universities via uni-assist and direct university portals.Review and prepare all required student documentation (SOPs, letters of recommendation, transcripts, translations).Check, organize, and upload documents according to university specifications.Complete and submit online and paper forms, track applications, and handle communications with universities.Coordinate application fee payments and maintain records of application status.Monitor and adhere to tight application deadlines across multiple universities.Advise students on required supporting documents and resolve any deficiencies or errors before submission.Support students with scholarship and financial documentation as needed (including DAAD, blocked account proof).Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing application guidelines for German universities and scholarship boards.Provide regular progress updates to students and the education consultant.RequirementsExperience managing multiple university applications and document verification for Germany.Familiarity with uni-assist platform and direct university application systems.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 2 years experience with German university applicationsDemonstrated uni-assist platform experienceUnderstanding of DAAD processesKnowledge of German higher education systemProven ability to manage multiple complex applicationsPreferredBachelor’s degree in education or international studiesExperience with multiple German university systemsDAAD EPOS scholarship application experienceBlocked account documentation experienceThis role is essential for ensuring students have complete, accurate, and on-time applications to their chosen German universities.
