Job Summary: The incumbent will be responsible for expanding Getz Life’s company international business. The incumbent must identify, plan and evaluate business plans as per the identified new opportunities. Moreover, the person will oversee the budgets and contracts related to business plans across different markets and often purposed working across other departments, including sales, product development, regulatory affairs, business development, human resources and regional counter parts. Job ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will be responsible for: Managing project budgets and financial performance of business engagements. Designing a business plan preceded by gathering preliminary information according to potential and presented business needs.
Negotiating and reviewing contracts with local and international stakeholders. In addition, running the performance analysis on sales of operating regions on periodic basis. Helping with the compilation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports, collect financial and operational data, and reporting budgetary status, activities, results, market position and projections with accuracy and promptness. Designing the cost proposal including market's specific duty structures and price points. Identifying and analyzing global market trends as per the short, mid- and long-term corporate plans. Furthermore, the incumbent must assist in identifying and selection of new business opportunities and or partners.
Working closely with international business sales and marketing teams towards proposing and devising appropriate strategies. Key Result Areas: 1. Market Expansion and Revenue Growth. 2. Key Requirements: The candidate must have/be: an MBA or a Pharm-D degree around 4-8 years of relevant work experience in the field of international business, ideally including international marketing, supply chain management, or global finance. excellent verbal and written communication skills. a thorough understanding of international market & trends, marketing strategies and practice in different countries and cultures.
