Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Director located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Construction Project Director will oversee end-to-end project management, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline control. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards; coordinating with internal teams and external partners; monitoring project progress; and resolving any on-site challenges. The role demands a strategic mindset to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring project success within scope and timeline. Qualifications Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and resource managementStrong leadership and team coordination abilitiesIn-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality controlExcellent skills in stakeholder communication and problem-solvingUnderstanding of real estate regulations and compliance standardsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldProficiency in project management software and toolsPrevious experience in large-scale real estate or construction projectsFluency in Vietnamese; English proficiency is an advantage
