Job DescriptionOversee and manage the company’s overall operations.Direct and supervise departments to ensure the implementation of plans and objectives.Develop and execute mid- to long-term strategic plans aligned with the Board of Directors’ orientations and domestic rice market trends.Manage business activities, expand the distribution network (GT/MT/HORECA), and increase domestic market share.Monitor operational efficiency, ensure effective management and achievement of business targets and profitability goals.Develop and manage human resources, improve productivity based on KPIs, promote corporate culture, and ensure compliance and accountability.Build management systems and internal regulations in accordance with laws and corporate governance principles.Propose and implement optimization solutions and operational system improvements.
