LAW FIRM Corporate AdministratorLocation: Shirley Street, Nassau, BahamasGlinton Sweeting O'Brien is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced corporate administrator to join our full-time team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Bahamian corporate structures and regulatory requirements, with a proactive and organized approach to managing client entities and corporate documentation.   ________________________________________Key Responsibilities:

• Incorporate and maintain International Business Companies (IBCs), domestic and foreign companies, and foundations• Prepare statutory filings and corporate documents• Draft board and shareholder resolutions• Administer a portfolio of companies and corporate structures• Ensure compliance by collecting and maintaining KYC and client due diligence documentation• Manage annual and monthly fee billings• Liaise with the Registrar of Companies, clients, legal counsel, and other stakeholders________________________________________Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate administration• Strong knowledge of Bahamian corporate law and regulatory procedures• Proficient in drafting corporate resolutions and handling incorporations, continuations, and dissolutions• Excellent command of written and spoken English• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and open to learn new software• Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage• Bachelor’s degree or Corporate Administration Certification is a plus, but not required________________________________________If you thrive in a progressive, high-volume environment and are ready to make an impact, we invite you to apply.
