Global Account Manager – Medical Device CDMO - U.S, RemoteWe’ve partnered with a reputable CDMO seeking a Global Account Manager to work with some of their strategic Medical OEM customers. This is a pivotal role that will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction, driving profitable growth, and building long-term partnerships.You’ll be joining a well-established manufacturer that delivers best-in-class custom solutions to high-potential industries. With decades of expertise, worldwide facilities, and a strong commitment to innovation and quality, the company is positioned for significant continued growth.The role:Build and strengthen relationships with major existing customers, becoming a trusted partner and primary point of contact.Develop and execute tailored account strategies to support client goals and ensure long-term success.Identify new business opportunities within each account, lead negotiations, and secure new programs to drive continued growth.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver first-class solutions to our customers.Monitor the financial performance of assigned accounts to ensure long-term health and growth.Act as the escalation point for resolving conflicts, bringing together relevant stakeholders and finding solutions.What we're looking for:Bachelor’s degree in a business-related or technical discipline preferred.5+ years experience in account management or sales within the medical device contract manufacturing sector.Proven expertise managing complex, global accounts with multiple ongoing programs.Knowledge of plastics manufacturing (especially injection molding) is highly desirable.Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%.If you’d like to learn more about the role, or explore other opportunities we're currently working on, please apply or reach out to me directly - lloyd@carrotrecruitment.com.
