Having built a strong network of global agents and brokers, we can deliver medical equipment and any type of devices on-site, when needed, worldwide. What would you do:-Customer success management. Setting up new projects from proposal to start up.-Setting up budgets and quotes- Close contact with clients during projects (bi weekly / monthly calls- Project management of your studies.-Engaging with strategic partners all over the world (local solutions outside of EU)-Source for equipment globally based client demands-Winning deals and scale up your accounts-Built relations with equipment vendors and purchase-Being the first contact for new requests and determine the solution.-Strong alliance with operations team from start up to closing of study-Responsible for creating contracts / agreement / relevant kpi's with clients on beforehand-Professionalize partners, officially qualify and yearly review-Qualification / strategic calls with clients-Overseeing calibration activities-Solving problems and managing trackers for global shipments Job requirements· Strong competencies in managing large accounts Proven Sales track recordExperience in Clinical Research Organization (CRO or Clinical trials related industries) Internationally oriented (Strong requirement)· English / Dutch (speaking)· Good Team player · A third language is an advantage· Full- or Part-time (4,5 / 5days)· Entrepreneurial mindset-project management and commercial skillset KPI's-built a strong /reliable relation and network globally, so we can say yes to every demand-Generate a certain amount of new business within accounts-fast/ adaptive solutions and quotes-make sure every project set up is a success-Generate creative devices provision solutions for our clients
