You’ll shape the global voice of Vibram FiveFingers, lead influencer and media collaborations, and deliver world-class events and campaigns.Place of work: Milan (Italy).What You’ll DoGlobal Brand & Marketing StrategyHelp Develop and implement global brand and marketing strategies to enhance Vibram FiveFingers’ visibility and growth.Ensure consistent global messaging, positioning, and storytelling across all markets.Analyze consumer insights, competitor activity, and market trends to refine strategy and drive brand differentiation.Budgeting & Performance ManagementManage global marketing and communications budgets, including planning, forecasting, and cost tracking.Use Excel and analytical tools to report on spend efficiency and campaign ROI.Deliver regular budget and performance reports with strategic recommendations.Ensure all marketing projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Media, PR & Influencer RelationsBuild and nurture strong, long-term relationships with international media, journalists, and editors.Lead global PR campaigns and media outreach for product launches and brand initiatives.Identify and collaborate with influencers, athletes, and KOLs who embody the Vibram FiveFingers ethos.Manage influencer partnerships and measure campaign effectiveness.Events & ActivationsPlan, organize, and execute global brand events, trade shows, and sponsorships.Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.Evaluate event performance and ROI to inform future initiatives.Digital & Social CommunicationsOversee digital storytelling and content strategy across social and owned channels.Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to produce authentic, high-impact content.Support social media and influencer integration to drive engagement and community growth.Relationship Management & CollaborationFoster strong relationships with internal stakeholders across marketing, product, and sales.Build productive partnerships with agencies, event organizers, and key external partners.Act as a connector between regional teams to ensure global alignment and consistency.Key Skills & CompetenciesBrand Strategy & Management – Building global brand consistency and equityBudgeting & Financial Management – Forecasting, tracking, and ROI reportingExcel Proficiency – Advanced use for budgeting, analytics, and data visualizationRelationship Management – Strong interpersonal skills to manage internal and external partnershipsEvent Planning & Activation – Concept to execution with measurable resultsMedia Relations & PR – Proven ability to secure high-impact global coverageInfluencer & KOL Marketing – Partnership management and campaign optimizationDigital Marketing & Storytelling – Content creation, social media, and community engagementProject & Team Management – Multitasking, organization, and cross-functional collaborationWhy Join Vibram FiveFingersBe part of an iconic, innovative global brand redefining performance and movement.Work in a dynamic, international environment at our Milan HQ.Collaborate with passionate teams that value creativity, precision, and authenticity.Enjoy opportunities for global impact and professional growth.
