You'll shape global category strategy, influence senior stakeholders across regions, and drive major European sourcing initiatives. This is an opportunity to make a real commercial impact while championing innovation and sustainable procurement.Main ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver high-value global category strategies that boost performance, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.Collaborate with senior stakeholders across regions to drive alignment and unlock commercial value.Use market intelligence and supplier insights to identify new opportunities and improve competitiveness.Build and manage strategic supplier partnerships across Europe.Lead negotiations, secure strong commercial terms, and uphold best-practice compliance.Apply data-driven insights to enhance decision-making and deliver measurable savings.Introduce innovative, sustainable category solutions that position the business as a market leader.Ideal CandidateDegree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, or similar; MCIPS a plus.Strong procurement background across multiple categories; foodservice or packaging experience preferred.Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery capability.Confident influencer with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen.Passion for continuous improvement and innovation.Fluent in English; additional languages beneficial.This is a rare chance to step into a global, high-impact procurement role where your ideas will shape category strategy across regions and influence key commercial decisions.
