We are recognized for creating natural cosmetics, skincare, and haircare products inspired by nature and innovation.About the Role We are seeking a proactive and results-driven sales professional to expand our brand presence in international markets.Key ResponsibilitiesManage international key accounts: Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.Conduct market research: Analyze international markets to identify opportunities, trends, and potential customers and competitors.Develop sales strategies for market entry and growth.Acquire new customers (drugstores, e-commerce partners, distributors).Negotiate contracts, pricing, and sales terms with clients.Monitor and analyze sales performance and propose improvement measures.Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales and brand activities.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of experience in direct sales (experience in the FMCG sector is an advantage).Proficiency in English; additional foreign languages are a strong plus.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Persistent, goal-oriented, and highly motivated to achieve results.Experience in acquiring new international accounts is an advantage
