The After-Sales Customer Service Specialist is a key role in maintaining a high standard of customer service, which directly impacts customer satisfaction and strengthens our reputation as a premium power tool provider.We are looking for a communicative, detail-oriented, and committed person who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to take on new challenges.If you are a fast learner, can work independently, and want to gain experience in a strong, internationally recognized corporation – join our After-Sales team!Key Responsibilities Provide after-sales support to customers and distribution partners (via email and phone)Offer information on service systems, order status, warranty terms, and technical supportHandle warranty and paid service requests while maintaining ongoing cooperation with the technical, sales, and finance departmentsManage service requests in the CRM system and ensure their timely resolutionTroubleshoot product, logistics, and service-related issuesIdentify recurring problems and propose process improvementsSupport customers in the proper submission of service requests, understanding warranty conditions, and product handling Our Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or after-sales support, preferably in the power tools, electronics, or related industryStrong time management skills and ability to handle assigned tasks effectivelyExcellent communication skills, customer-oriented attitude, and problem-solving approachFast learner with the ability to work in a diverse environment with multiple systems and brandsFluent Bulgarian and communicative English language skills Nice to Have Basic knowledge of power tools or similar technical productsAbility to absorb and convey technical information to customersExperience working with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, or SAP
