Global Lease & Fixed Assets Accounting Manager

We’re looking for a Global Lease & Fixed Assets Accounting Manager to lead our worldwide lease and fixed asset accounting operations within our dynamic Global Business Services (GBS) organization.What You Will Be DoingOwn and lead global lease accounting processes in compliance with ASC 842 / IFRS 16.Oversee lease abstraction and data integrity in systems like CoStar, LeaseQuery, or Nakisa.Manage the full lifecycle of fixed assets: capitalization, transfers, impairments, disposals, and depreciation.Drive automation and standardization across global accounting operations.Lead a high-performing team of accountants and analysts across regions.Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, Procurement, Treasury, and local finance teams.Support audits and ensure timely, accurate documentation and reporting.Implement tools and processes that enhance visibility and control from lease administration to journal entries.What You Need To Succeed5–8 years of experience in lease and fixed asset accounting, ideally in a multinational or shared services environment.Deep knowledge of IFRS 16 / ASC 842 and fixed asset accounting principles.Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, OneStream) and lease accounting tools.A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred).Proven ability to lead teams and manage diverse stakeholders.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Experience in a GBS, SSC, or COE model is a plus.What’s In It For YouWith us, you’ll inspire others to embrace the joy of sports while connecting with a global network of passionate individuals.
